The commemorative banknote was issued to mark an exceptional achievement in Slovenian football, as our national men’s team qualified directly for the European Football Championship for the first time in history.
The banknote is available in the Bankarium museum shop at a price of 9 euros. Only a single series has been issued, limited to 3,000 pieces. Orders can also be placed by mail at muza@nlb-muza.si.
The banknote was created in cooperation with the Football Association of Slovenia and NLB, the principal sponsor of the national team.
